Summary: The property is well maintained. It’s a good setup and we really enjoyed the pool. The crabbing was great but wouldn’t classify the fishing as good. You will catch a few fish here and there but don’t look to limit on anything. All in all it was nice place and a good place to enjoy some family time. It was also a short drive to town for shopping, eating out and getting live bait.

Summary: What a great place to stay!! From the balcony to the swimming pool, to the fishing pier, what a view. Four old friends wanted to find a place to stay, kick back, and fish for a few days. Luckily we came across Sunshine Retreat via the internet. Sunshine Retreat met all our criteria. We found the home to be clean, well maintained. The kitchen was well furnished with utensils and appliances. Thank you Kristen for sharing beautiful vacation home.

Summary: Lovely house and property. They've thought of the extras and communication with the host was fast, friendly, and thorough each time. We loved the outdoor TV, the dock, and the heated pool. We had a great time and really appreciated the recommendations for places to eat provided by the host. We would definitely stay again

Summary: House is great! Host was excellent to communicate with as well. Only complaint was we had a few old water bottles from prior guests on the floor in the master & bedding in master had a strange smell, not a clean smell. Aside from that, everything else was great.
